Commercial Snow Removal & Hauling in Spokane, WA
Plowing moves snow to the edge of the lot. In a heavy Spokane winter, that edge keeps growing until piles are eating parking stalls, blocking sightlines at exits, burying drains and hydrants, and melting back across drive lanes to refreeze overnight. Snow Removal & Hauling is the fix: we bring in loaders to relocate stacked snow on-site where room exists, and trucks to haul it off the property entirely when it doesn't.
For retail centers and apartment communities where every stall matters, hauling is what keeps the property fully usable in January and February. We plan for it during your pre-season walkthrough, identifying which stacking zones will fill first and how much capacity the site has, so removal is scheduled proactively under your contract rather than negotiated in the middle of a storm cycle.
Request a Seasonal ProposalWhere snow gets relocated to, and when hauling is triggered, are decided with you before the season rather than improvised in February, so the pile that takes a row of stalls has somewhere to go that doesn't cost you the parking.

More About Our Snow Removal & Hauling Work
Snow piles aren't static. They melt into drive lanes on sunny afternoons and refreeze overnight, they hide curbs and islands from drivers, and they cost you the parking that tenants and customers are paying for. Removal restores the property to what it looked like in the fall (stalls open, exits visible, drains working) and it prevents the mid-winter ice problems that stacked snow creates.
PNW Snow Services provides commercial snow removal and hauling across Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, and North Idaho as part of seasonal snow and ice management contracts. Contact us for a free site walkthrough and we'll plan for your property's capacity before the season begins.

How We Work
Site Walkthrough
We walk your property with you: lots, drive lanes, entrances, sidewalks, stairs, ADA routes, fire lanes, drains, and where snow can safely be stacked. Free, no obligation.
Seasonal Proposal & Contract
You get a written seasonal agreement with a site map, defined scope, trigger depths, service priorities, and pricing, so there's never a question about what's covered.
24/7 Monitoring & Dispatch
From the first forecast to the last thaw, we track weather and pavement temps around the clock. Crews pre-treat ahead of storms and are on-site before your property opens.
On Route All Season
Once you're under contract you're on the route for the whole winter: nothing to call in after a storm, and one point of contact for the property from the first forecast to the last thaw.

By Location
Snow Removal & Hauling by City
How this service actually runs in each community we serve: the stacking, drifting, grade, and ordinance specifics that differ from one city to the next.
Snow Removal & Hauling in Spokane Valley
When the piles start taking stalls and sightlines, they get relocated or trucked off, on a plan agreed in the fall.
Snow Removal & Hauling in Spokane
Downtown properties run out of room before February. We plan the haul in the fall instead of calling you about it mid-storm.
Snow Removal & Hauling in Coeur d'Alene
CdA gets more snow than Spokane, so capacity runs out sooner. Most downtown and Riverstone properties need a haul plan from day one.
Snow Removal & Hauling in Post Falls
New lots are built to maximize pavement, not snow storage. We size the capacity in the fall and plan the haul before you lose stalls.
