Who We Serve
Snow & Ice Management for Retail & Shopping Centers
A retail center that isn't plowed by opening is losing money by the hour, and a storefront walkway that's iced over is a liability with every customer who crosses it. PNW Snow Services provides seasonal snow and ice management for shopping centers, strip retail, restaurants, drive-thrus, and standalone retail properties across Spokane and the Inland Northwest, with service windows built around your tenants' hours.
Retail site plans prioritize the customer path: storefront sidewalks and entrances, the drive lanes and stalls closest to the doors, drive-thru lanes, cart corrals, and accessible parking. Loading docks and employee parking follow. Because retail lots are often tight on stacking room and every stall is leasable, we plan snow removal and hauling in advance so the center stays fully usable through the heaviest weeks of the season.
Tenants and their customers will tell you immediately when a lot isn't right. A written scope agreed before the season is what lets you answer them with something specific (which surfaces are covered, at what trigger depth, and in what order) rather than relitigating the arrangement in the middle of a storm.

What Gets Mapped First
Every property gets a site map before the season. For retail, these are the areas that carry the highest priority.
