Our Services
Commercial Seasonal Snow Management in Spokane, WA
Seasonal Snow Management is how we work with every client. Rather than reacting to storms one at a time, we build an annual program for your property before the first snowfall: a site walkthrough, a site map that marks priorities, hazards, and stacking zones, an agreed scope with trigger depths for each area, and a written seasonal contract. From that point your property has a place on our route and a crew assigned to it for the entire winter.
The program covers everything the property needs (plowing, sidewalk and entrance clearing, anti-icing and de-icing, monitoring, and snow removal and hauling when the site fills up) under one agreement and one point of contact. For property managers with multiple sites, that means one proposal, one reporting format, and consistent standards across the portfolio. For HOA boards, it means a clear written scope you can share with residents and point to at the next meeting.
Request a Seasonal ProposalWhen the season ends, we complete a spring cleanup pass: sweeping residual de-icer, repairing any turf or curb damage from winter operations, and walking the property with you to plan for next year.

More About Our Seasonal Snow Management Work
Snow is the one property expense you can't schedule, but you can prepare for it. A seasonal program removes the uncertainty: your scope is decided in September, not at 3 a.m. in January; your crew knows the property before they ever plow it; and your records are building from the first storm. Boards, owners, and asset managers get a predictable number and a defined scope; residents, tenants, and customers get a property that's open and safe.
PNW Snow Services provides seasonal snow management contracts for HOAs, apartment and multi-family communities, retail and shopping centers, office parks, and commercial properties across Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Mead, Cheney, Coeur d'Alene, and Post Falls. Contracts are limited by route capacity. Contact us early for a free walkthrough and proposal.
