About Spokane County

Commercial Snow Removal in Spokane County

Spokane County is the heart of the Inland Northwest and home to PNW Snow Services. The county spans the City of Spokane, Spokane Valley, and communities like Liberty Lake, Mead, Cheney, Airway Heights, and Medical Lake, a range of elevations and exposures that means a storm can drop a couple of inches downtown and a foot in the north county on the same night. Our routes and site plans are built with that in mind, and our monitoring tracks conditions across the county, not just at one weather station.

Across Spokane County we provide seasonal snow and ice management for commercial and community properties: mapped site plans, trigger-depth plowing, anti-icing and de-icing driven by pavement temperature, sidewalk and entrance clearing, and snow removal and hauling. Crews are assigned before the season and dispatched around the clock.

Whether you manage a retail center in the Valley, an apartment community in Cheney, an HOA in Liberty Lake, or an office building on the South Hill, PNW Snow Services is your commercial snow contractor across Spokane County. Contact us for a free site walkthrough and seasonal proposal.

FAQ

Spokane County Snow Removal Questions

Do you serve all of Spokane County?
Yes: we serve commercial and community properties in every city and unincorporated area within Spokane County. Plowing, snow and ice management, de-icing, sidewalk clearing, and snow removal and hauling are all available under a seasonal contract county-wide.
Do you offer residential snow removal in Spokane County?
No. PNW Snow Services is commercial-only. We contract with HOAs and community associations, and with owners and managers of multi-family, retail, office, and commercial properties. We don't offer individual residential driveway service.
Can one agreement cover several properties across Spokane County?
Yes. Property management companies often place multiple sites with us under one seasonal agreement, each with its own site map and priorities, all with the same reporting format and standard.
How quickly are properties serviced during a storm?
Crews dispatch when accumulation reaches the trigger depth written into your contract, with priority areas first, and cycle back through the property during extended storms. Service windows are built around when your property opens.
Are you licensed and insured to work in WA?
Yes. PNW Snow Services operates under PNW Lawncare, licensed, bonded, and insured in Washington and Idaho, with certificates of insurance provided to every client.
What does the seasonal agreement spell out?
The trigger depth that puts crews on the property, the service window they work to, every walking surface by name, the order those surfaces are cleared in, how ice control and re-treatment are handled, and where snow is stacked before hauling is triggered.
